Each 10×10 booth will be $4,000 and payment is due in full by May 15th, 2026 with no refunds after July 1st, 2026.
Payments made after the May 15th due date will incur a 20% late fee. No payment is due at this time.
ALL SELECTION TIMES ARE IN CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME (CDT/CST – TEXAS TIME)
Each company is assigned a time on Alpha List, see the call in instructions below. Please read the call in etiquette information beforehand. Join the call a few minutes before the start of your selection hour and have your unique identifier and booth choice ready. After Maggie calls out your company name, you can unmute, state your name, your unique identifier, and booth choice. Once your booth choice has been confirmed as received, you can leave the conference call.
If you or a representative from your company are unable to reply or call in during your time, please complete the proxy selection form due no later than September 2, 2025 8 AM CDT/CST with your requested booth size and selection criteria. Maggie will select a booth on your behalf when it is your company’s turn.
We had good feedback from doing the selection session virtually so we will be doing that again. Our office is short-staffed and with some still working remotely, email seems to be the best way to stay in touch with all. We ask that you please understand we are doing the best we can in this situation and working with over 300 companies to select space for 2026. Thank you for being the best exhibitors, we enjoy working with you and hope to see you at TPS 2025.
